Yun Shao, Professor


She serves as the president of the Deqing Academy of Satellite Applications and director of the Laboratory of Microwave Target Properties. Additionally, she is a highly regarded academic leader in the field of microwave remote sensing in China, having achieved pioneering, systematic, and innovative accomplishments in areas such as basic experimentation, mechanism research, and radar satellite system planning. Notably, she has made significant contributions to the development of radar satellite remote sensing science and application in China, including the establishment of a temporal scattering model for rice canopy, the detection of offshore oil spills, and the reconstruction of the environmental evolution process of Lop Nur. These achievements mark important milestones in the field.Her impressive contributions include the publication of 314 papers, including 79 SCI papers and 16 monographs. One of her papers has been cited a remarkable 277 times.


Chou Xie, Deputy Director, Professor

He is a researcher at the Chinese Academy of Sciences and holds the position of deputy director at the National Remote Sensing Application Engineering Technology Research Center. His research primarily focuses on the theory and methods for extracting microwave remote sensing information, with a particular emphasis on the algorithm and application research of long time series InSAR (Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar) . He has authored 56 papers.


Huaze Gong, Deputy Director, Associate Professor

He is a researcher at the Chinese Academy of Sciences and a member of the Youth Innovation Promotion Association. Additionally, he serves as the Principal Investigator for the International TanDEM-X Satellite Program. His primary research focus lies in agricultural remote sensing, where he has made significant contributions. With a commendable publication record, he has authored 30 papers, including 12 SCI papers.


Qing Dong, Professor

Researcher and PhD supervisor at the Chinese Academy of Sciences. He has been engaged in research work on global change and ocean remote sensing. He has published more than 30 SCI papers and 1 monograph, and served as deputy editor of Wenchuan Earthquake Disaster Remote Sensing Atlas and deputy editor of Remote Sensing China.


Fuxiang Huang, Professor

Researcher at the National Satellite Meteorological Center, China. He has been engaged in application research of meteorological satellite remote sensing for a long time, and has taken the lead on 18 national-funded projects. He has published more than 40 papers.


Xiaolin Bian, Associate Professor

Researcher at the Chinese Academy of Sciences. His primary focus lies in the research and application of ocean radar remote sensing. He has 27 academic papers, out of which 13 have been published in SCI journals. In addition, he has authored 2 monographs.


Tingting Zhang, Associate Professor Researcher at the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Mainly engaged in microwave remote sensing of soil. She has published 26 academic papers, including 12 SCI papers and 3 monographs.
Kun Li, Associate Professor She is a researcher at the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and a teacher of the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, mainly engaged in PolSAR and PolInSAR technology theory and vegetation radar remote sensing application research. She has published more than 40 academic papers, including 10 SCI papers as the first/corresponding author, participated in 2 monographs.

Guojun Wang, Associate Professor

He is a researcher at the Chinese Academy of Sciences, mainly engaged in the research and application of radar remote sensing technology, and satellite load control. He developed the first high-resolution SAR image simulation software for building targets in China. He has published 10 academic papers as the first author, participated in the publication of 1 monograph, 10 patents, and 18 software copyrights.

Xiaochen Wang, Associate Professor He is a researcher at the Chinese Academy of Sciences, mainly engaged in SAR ocean refinement and application research. He has published a total of 15 academic papers as the first/corresponding author, including 11 SCI papers and 1 monograph.


Ming Liu, Senior Engineer He is the chief engineer of Deqing Academy of Satellite Applications. He is mainly engaged in the research of active structures and tectonic geomorphology, and the application of InSAR technology in geological hazards. He has published nearly 10 academic papers.
Zhiqu Liu, Senior Engineer Director of the Microwave Platform Operation Department of Deqing Academy of Satellite Applications. She is mainly engaged in the research of polarimetric SAR soil moisture retrieval. She has published 10 academic papers.
Feng Zhao, Ph.D. Ph.D. of Boston University, mainly engaged in mass data processing of remote sensing and business platform development of remote sensing data products, and published more than 50 papers in the field of cloud computing and big data. He has extensive experience in processing massive amounts of remote sensing data using cloud computing platforms such as NASANEX, Google Cloud Computing, Google Earth Engine and Amazon Cloud. Using Landsat historical data (1984-2016), he developed a product with the longest historical record of forest disturbance.


Junna Yuan, Assistant Research Fellow  

Researcher of Chinese Academy of Sciences. She is mainly engaged in lnSAR atmospheric delay correction research. She has published 7 academic papers.


Hui Liu, Lecturer  

Doctor and postdoc of Peking University(jointly trained by George Mason University, USA), Lecturer of Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology. She has been engaged in the research of geographic information big data mining and disaster process simulation for a long time. She has published 25 papers, including 14 SCI papers, which have been cited 552 times.
